Welcome to Al Alba, a small and charming guesthouse at the entrance of Asilah. Being newly constructed, Al Alba is white, bright and calm as the town itself.

Following the moderate and elegant shapes of Islamic architecture, and safeguarding the privacy of its guests as well as the cosiness of saloon, breakfast room and terraces, Al Alba manages very well in maintaining the tradition of the 'Maison d'Hôtes'.

The guesthouse is run by a Spanish family, giving the hotel a Hispano-Arabo feel. The friendly staff can help you with all your questions about the region, as well as provide you with all assistance for hikings or excursions.

The aim of Al Alba is to be a model of good quality service.

Location

Al Alba is located at the entrance of Asilah, at a 2 minute walk from the calm beach and a 10 minute walk along the beach to the town centre. From the train station a taxi drive will take just a few minutes.

Loving the tranquility of the typical ‘Maison d’Hôtes’ model, Al Alba offers 8 rooms only. The rooms are spacious and pleasantly decorated in white as a guarantee for the cleanliness.

All rooms come with reversible AC (cold and hot), private bathroom, Satellite TV and Wifi.

A very pleasant guesthouse, with friendly staff and helpful management. A very good basis for your stay in the peaceful backwater of Asilah.

Mid Season : 15-31 July and 1-15 September
High Season: 14-22 March or Holy Week/Semana Santa and 1-31 August

All other seasons are Low Season.

Currency

The rates are quoted in Euro (EUR / €).

Included

Rates include breakfast (Arabic or Continental). 

Not Included

Rates do not include the 10% local Tourist Tax.  

Reservations

Your reservation goes directly to Al Alba Suites. You will receive confirmation per e-mail within a maximum of 12 hours depending on the local time. The confirmation will include the instructions for the payment.   

Reservation Deposit

The confirmation will ask you for payment of the Guarantee Deposit which equals 25% of the total amount. The deposit can be paid with Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard) or by Bank Transfer.  

Balance

The 75% balance is charged at time of stay.

Cancellation Policy

More than 7 days prior to arrival:                     Guarantee Deposit is returned
7-1 Days prior to arrival:                                   Guarantee Deposit is blocked (12 months)
Day itself or No Show:                                      Loss of Guarantee Deposit

MarocDreamer and Al Alba Suites can not be held responsible for any issue regarding cancellations because of issues experienced at Customs. It is our client’s responsibility to be in possession of the right documents to enter the Kingdom of Morocco.
