Maison d'Hôtes or Guesthouse BerBari is what the french call Une Maison de Campagne… a lot of French words in one phrase, because that is what captures the feel of this special guesthouse.
Be aware: comforts are limited.
You are in a rural guesthouse, with emphasis on rustic, authentic and romantic… and not on modern comforts. This is what you want to escape or leave behind when coming to Berbari.
Here it is between you and the country and the stars at night, in the land previously known as Barbaria.
Not recommended to those looking for luxury, comfort, disabled travellers or travellers with children.
Location
Guesthouse BerBari is located in the middle of the countryside, at 5 km from Asilah. From Asilah train station it is a 5 minute drive by taxi.
You can get to Asilah by taking the train in Tangiers (40 km or half an hour by train) but also most trains coming from Fes-Meknes or Marrakech-Casablanca-Rabat stop in Asilah.
What to do ?
Walking, coast lines, looking at the stars, silence, visiting Asilah, a day to Tangiers, lying on the beach, having a green tea on a village terrace, letting the colours of Morocco be their “pleasure for the eyes”, tasting tagine or couscous, feeling stress sip away…
Rooms and Rates
Not one room or suite is like the other. They are all very different. All rooms come with a double bed, a bathroom, a lounge corner or a small private garden. The two Suites, M’Zoura and Andalouse, could possibly sleep 4 guests, of whom 2 in the Moroccan salon of the suite.

Cancellations and or modifications
Your reservation goes directly to the guesthouse, who will contact you with confirmation and payment requirements. All changes to existing reservations, or cancellations, will have to be dealt with with the guesthouse directly. |
