Unless specified differently, a guarantee deposit (a percentage of the total value) will be asked for through a payment request link of Pay Pal Inc, and the remaining amount will be paid directly to the hotel by the customer.

Upon reception of the guarantee deposit, a confirmation shall be sent to the customer, to the e-mail address mentioned in the reservation form or used for the reservation request.

We strongly suggest to print out a copy of this voucher and take it with you while travelling. Alternatively, keep a copy in your e-mail box.

We can not be held responsible for confusion due to non receival of confirmation vouchers because of erroneous e-mail addresses or e-mails that bounce or are redirected to junk mail folders because of the settings of the clients’ personal computer.

In case of cancellation, the customer will have to pay the cancellation fees according to the supplier's cancellation conditions. The cancellation policies related to the booked hotel are to be found in the terms and conditions.

It is up to the customer to check before departure with the local authorities that all police, customs or health formalities necessary for a stay in Morocco have been met. The traveller is responsible for complying with any airline's terms and it is up to him to make sure that he meets the passport, visa and health requirements imposed by Morocco. Dreamer Group SC declines any responsibility if the customer is denied boarding or entering the country.

All e-mail addresses are kept strictly confidential. They are not provided to third parties and are not used for marketing purposes.

As travel provider, Dreamer Group SC relies on information as provided by the hotel, and can not be held responsible for erroneous information regarding ratings or descriptions. Most of the properties in this guide have been personally visited. However, since managements can change, and with them the whole personality of a property, we also have to rely on perpetual good comments of customers after their stay.
