All rooms and suites give out on the central patio that is an oasis of calm and relaxation, but they are still so large that your privacy is guaranteed.

At Riad Damia, you will savour traditional culinary delights such as Moroccan salads and tagines, chosen for their taste and prepared to accommodate our guests' dietary needs.

Location

Riad Damia is located in the Medina, but at right at the city walls at the Gate Bab Ziat. This means that you are in the medina, but have your own parking space – not an evident situation – or that you can find a taxi within 100 meters.

The Restaurant

Our dining room opens unto the central patio but is located far enough from the rooms to preserve the calm of the house.

In our kitchen, a workshop of Moroccan cuisine, we prepare menus chosen by you with the locally available produce.  If you want to learn more about our wonderful cuisine, you are invited to join us in the kitchen to prepare Moroccan salads, tagines, chicken, the traditional couscous and our local desserts.

The Rooms

Riad Damia consists of a splendidly and elegantly appointed top-floor apartment, and five suites as well as two bedrooms in a blend of Art Deco style with Moroccan elements.

The rooms are approximately 18 square meters, and come with a bathroom with toilet and shower. The suites have a bathroom with bathtub/shower, and sizes go from 30 sqm up to 61 sqm for Kniza Suite and 100 sqm for the very spacious Apartment Suite El Alia. 

Rates

Half Board: +20€ per person per day
Full Board: +35€ per person per day

High season is from Dec 22nd  to Jan 5th, from Feb 15th to June 12th and from Sept 1st to Oct 31st.
                   
All other periods are low season.

Our Opinion

Astonishing. The combination of  luxury and space at one hand - and the very warm and hospitable family like atmosphere at the other makes Riad Damia stand out, even in a city where there is no shortage of excellent Riad guesthouses.

Terms & Conditions

Included:
Rates include accommodation, breakfast and all taxes, on basis of 2 people sharing.

Reservation Deposit
To reserve a 10% deposit is due at time of reservation. The payment of the deposit is per Pay Pal – you will be guided through the payment process.   

Balance
The 90% balance is due at time of stay.

Financial Details
Before confirmation, we will request your credit card details. These will not be used, unless in case of cancellations according to the following policy:

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 21 days prior to arrival: loss of deposit only
Cancellations 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the total will be charged by Riad Damia
Cancellations 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total will be charged by Riad Damia
No Shows: 100% of the total will be charged by Riad Damia

Liability
MarocDreamer and Riad Damia can not be held responsible for any issue regarding cancellations because of issues experienced at Customs. It is our client’s responsibility to be in possession of the right documents to enter the Kingdom of Morocco.
