Disappear off the face of the earth…. to this small, hip and friendly Riad guesthouse lost in the alleys of the Medina.

Small is relative – this house as a rock is huge and spacious. But with 4 Rooms only, Riad Zina provides the intimacy and friendliness of a very small hotel.

Nothing is false or artificial in this safe haven in the middle of nowhere. The informal relaxing and bohemian atmosphere and the dedicated staff make you forget time.

This 350 year old authentic Riad is ideal if you wish to be in the ‘real Morocco’ far away from mass tourism – while the souks and Place Jmnaa El Fnaa are only a 15 minute walk away.

THE LOCATION

Riad Zina is located in an alley near Place Laarouss and the entry to the souks, within walking distance from the Koutoubia and Jemaa El Fna square.

AMENITIES AND SERVICES

Breakfast and afternoon tea with homemade pastry are included in the reservation.

Malika and her sister Faouzia will cook you the most delicious traditional moroccan dishes (Couscous, Tagine, grilled meat...) with dailly fresh products from the market on request. We will try our best to satisfy any special whishes.

The roof terrace is very spacious and a very good spot for relaxing – or your own small party.

As an eco-friendly guesthouse, caring for the lack of water in the region Zina does not provide a hammam or a swimming pool.

Also Riad Zina will be pleased to reserve a table for you at the restaurant of your choice or to make reservations at the golf courses, hammams, massage, car rentals, horse ridding as well as arrange a tour guide and confirm your airline tickets.

ROOMS AND RATES

Room Naima (2 persons)

Open to the patio, this double bedroom is a nice place to cool down during hot summer days and in the winter you can seat and dine close to the fireplace. This room is also equipped with satellite TV.

Room Al Ard (2 persons)

A harmonious blend of modern convenience and traditional flair will bring you in the world of the thousand and one night. A large Tadelakt bath (a coating that is hand-polished with an agate stone), a king size bed and a small library are the places where you will relax.

Room Chems (2-3 persons)

On the first floor, the room Chems is tastefully decorated with local artist’s paintings giving the room a bohemian touch.
A large sofa, a private terrace and an equipped bathroom.

Suite Al Kamar (2-5 persons)

The wide and romantic suite offers modern comfort by combining noble designs with traditional wood artefacts. You will enjoy feeling like the pasha of Marrakech in this large suite coupled with a saloon, an open fireplace, painted ceiling with skylight and an alcove with a canape. This room is equipped with air-condition.
