Payment Information

In order to protect you as our customer as well as make you feel comfortable with your online reservation, we do not ask you for your credit card details.
The payment of your deposit can be made by the handy system of Pay Pal, which has become one of the safest and most popular ways of online payments.
Should you not know how Pay Pal works, you do not need to worry, as we can provide you with assistance if needed.

Exceptions

Some of our riads do need your credit card details. This will be stated in their individual terms and conditions.
Riads are very small. Sometimes providing only a few rooms, they can not afford last minute cancellations or no shows, as this can result in the loss of up to 25% of their whole income.
For this reason some of the most popular Riads must have the right to protect themselves against such late cancellations or No Shows and will verify your billing details.
Please verify the payment conditions of a Riad before making a reservation. 

Justification

More and more we notice the reluctance to provide credit card details online. The more exotic the destination, the smaller or more unknown the hotel, the smaller the website, the more people hesitate to provide private information. 
This is the main reason for our modus operandi. 
At the other hand, Riads are not your average hotel. Having a very low number of rooms, all very specific, and often hugely popular and sold out weeks or even months in advance, they do need to protect themselves against phenomena as online fraud, late cancellations or no shows.
It is our aim to protect all parties and provide them with the most pleasant experience.
