Our hosts will discover there how to prepare skewers, tajines and couscous, to choose spices.
The restoration is in the continuity of the ecological spirit which animates Sawadi.
The products which our visitors consume come mainly from our farm.
By tasting the tajine our visitors can see the piece of the ground where the vegetables were gathered.

Roomtypes:
All the buildings of the resort of Sawadi site are designed by respecting local Berber architecture. The walls are out of cob with windows with narrow embrasure. This ancestral technique makes it possible to preserve, inside the parts, freshness during the summer and heat in winter.
The ceilings are in visible beams of eucalyptus or poplar, with roof-boxes in reeds braided on three on five levels. For conformity with the safety requirements of the buildings open to the public, a concrete structure is drowned in the cob walls.
The Sawadi site includes only 3 dwelling houses: for 6 to 7 people, two others with 2 joint rooms. Every detail was studied to ensure you a maximum of comfort while preserving the local authenticity. There is hot water and even the electric heating (one already saw snowflakes in January, but really very small…)
All the technical equipment (electricity and plumbing) is to the European standards. For used water, we into force do not use traditional "the well absorbing" in Morocco. They are treated in septic tank with filter spreading not to pollute the ground water. This system of treatment is also to the European standards. Sawadi is one of the first lodging of stage of Morocco to reach such a level of respect of ecology.
